BrokersUnited offers every broker free access to Experience.com’s (formerly SocialSurvey) review platform, while delivering customer experience benchmarks to participating lenders. As we grow, we will add additional enterprise-level technology to our consortium, thus establishing a powerful resource for brokers.

Customer survey data is analyzed to provide lenders with benchmarks and recommendations to improve the borrower experience. Through transparency and accountability, lenders can make improvements to establish a consistently better borrower experience.
Understanding the Partnership
Brokers who join will get a searchable profile page, listing in our broker search directory, as well as Experience.com’s (formerly SocialSurvey) reviews platform. When you close a loan with one of the participating lenders your borrower will automatically be sent a personalized survey from you. Upon completion of the survey Experience.com will help you generate additional reviews on your favorite platforms (Zillow, Google, Facebook, etc.) to win in your local market.
